[摘要]
抗氧化是通過清除活性氧、提升金屬離子螯合能力、激活內(nèi)源性抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)、調(diào)控抗氧化信號通路、修復(fù)氧化損傷的生物分子等方式保護機體免受氧化損傷的。抗氧化不僅是維持細胞健康的基礎(chǔ),還對預(yù)防疾病和延緩衰老具有關(guān)鍵作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)紅芪Hedysari Radix中的多糖類、黃酮類化合物可以通過“清除-提升-激活-調(diào)控-修復(fù)”五聯(lián)機制發(fā)揮抗氧化作用。但現(xiàn)有文獻對紅芪抗氧化作用機制的系統(tǒng)性總結(jié)相對較少,基于此,通過梳理整合紅芪活性成分及其抗氧化作用機制,為紅芪抗氧化作用的深入探討和有效成分的進一步開發(fā)利用提供科學(xué)思路和理論依據(jù)。

Antioxidation protects the body from oxidative damage by scavenging reactive oxygen species, enhancing metal ion chelation capacity, activating endogenous antioxidant enzyme systems, regulating antioxidant signaling pathways, and repairing oxidatively damaged biomolecules. Antioxidation not only underpins cellular health but also plays a crucial role in disease prevention and delaying aging. Research indicates that polysaccharides and flavonoids in Hongqi (Hedysari Radix) exert antioxidant effects through a five-step mechanism: scavenging, enhancing, activating, regulating, and repairing. However, existing literature offers relatively few systematic summaries of the antioxidant mechanisms in Hedysari Radix. Therefore, by systematically reviewing and integrating the active components of Hedysari Radix and their antioxidant mechanisms, this study aims to provide scientific insights and theoretical foundations for in-depth exploration of its antioxidant effects and further development and utilization of its active constituents.
