[摘要]
目的 通過CiteSpace軟件對川芎Chuanxiong Rhizoma相關(guān)研究文獻進行可視化分析,系統(tǒng)梳理近年研究動態(tài),挖掘研究熱點及未來趨勢,為川芎的深度研究與應(yīng)用提供參考。方法 以“川芎”為核心關(guān)鍵詞,系統(tǒng)檢索中國知網(wǎng)、萬方、維普及Web of Science(WOS)數(shù)據(jù)庫。利用NoteExpress軟件對檢索結(jié)果進行去重與篩選。基于篩選后的文獻數(shù)據(jù)集,運用Excel和CiteSpace工具,從年度發(fā)文量及國家分布、核心研究機構(gòu)、高產(chǎn)作者群體、高頻關(guān)鍵詞及其聚類等維度,對國內(nèi)外川芎研究態(tài)勢進行可視化呈現(xiàn)與計量分析。結(jié)果 篩選后共納入8 809篇中文文獻,1 076篇英文文獻;其中,年發(fā)文量呈先增后減的趨勢,發(fā)文量最多的國家是中國,發(fā)文量最多的作者是王萬鐵、Peng Cheng(彭成),作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)顯示團隊內(nèi)部合作較多,團隊間合作不足;研究機構(gòu)中以南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)和Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué))的發(fā)文量最多,核心機構(gòu)來自中醫(yī)藥類的高校與附屬醫(yī)院;關(guān)鍵詞分析顯示中文文獻的研究熱點主要為化學(xué)成分分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、臨床研究等方面,英文文獻更偏向于藥理作用、分子機制等方面。結(jié)論 川芎在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的研究熱度持續(xù)?,F(xiàn)階段,川芎在冠心病、缺血性腦卒中、偏頭痛等疾病中的臨床應(yīng)用價值挖掘及基于數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)律探索構(gòu)成研究熱點。未來研究應(yīng)積極融合多種現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段,深度挖掘川芎的應(yīng)用潛力,拓展其臨床適應(yīng)證范圍,推動其向多元化應(yīng)用方向發(fā)展,從而為該領(lǐng)域開辟新的研究路徑。

[Abstract]
Objective To systematically analyze the research landscape of Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) using CiteSpace for visual bibliometric analysis, identifying research hotspots and future trends to inform its in-depth research and application. Methods Literature related to “Chuanxiong Rhizoma” was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, VIP, and Web of Science (WOS) databases. NoteExpress software was used for deduplication and screening. Excel and CiteSpace were employed to visualize and analyze the screened dataset across dimensions including annual publication volume, country distribution, core institutions, productive authors, author collaboration networks, high-frequency keywords, and keyword clusters. Results A total of 8 809 Chinese literature and 1 076 English literature were included after screening. The annual number of published papers on Chuanxiong Rhizoma showed a fluctuating trend characterized by an initial increase followed by a decline. China contributed the highest number of publications. The authors with the largest number of published papers were Wang Wantie and Peng Cheng. The author cooperation network revealed stronger intra-team collaboration, while inter-team collaboration remained limited. Among research institutions, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had published the most papers. Core institutions predominantly originated from universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine and their affiliated hospitals. Keywords analysis indicated that research hotspots in Chinese literature focused primarily on chemical composition analysis, data mining, and clinical research, while English literature focused more on pharmacological effects, molecular mechanism etc. Conclusion Research interest in Chuanxiong Rhizoma within traditional Chinese medicine remains strong. Current hotspots center on exploring its clinical value in diseases like coronary heart disease, ischemic stroke, and migraine, alongside data-driven pattern discovery. Future research should integrate diverse modern technologies to systematically explore Chuanxiong Rhizoma’s potential, broaden its clinical indications, and promote its diversification, thereby opening new research avenues.
