45Ca跨膜測量方法研究各提取物對大鼠主動脈PDC鈣通道Ca2+內(nèi)流的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)氯仿和醇溶物能阻滯Ca2+內(nèi)流,水溶物具有相反的作用,其中氯仿提取物濃度為30 mg/mL時,使Ca2+內(nèi)流量比對照下降31.57%。實驗結(jié)果表明瓜蔞皮中可能有7種組分具有治療冠心病的活性。;Powdered mesocarp of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. was extracted with petroleum ether, ethanol and water, partitioned with chloroform and ethyl acetate or precipitated with the addition of ethanol to obtain a total of 14 fractions. Their effects on Ca2+ influx of rat aortic rings were studied with 45Ca transmembrane influx technique. Results showed that 7 fractions could block potential dependent Ca2+ influx, suggesting their potential use for the treatment of coronary heart diseases.
