采用聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳活性染色法,觀察復方生脈飲對小鼠心肌乳酸脫氫酶(LH)同工酶的影響。結(jié)果表明:a)服用復方生脈飲10d的小鼠LDH總比活力比對照組提高13%。b)實驗組小鼠心肌LDH同工酶譜發(fā)生顯著變化,LDH₁和LDH₂增加,LDH₄與LDH₃減少。c)與對照組比較,實驗組小鼠心肌LDH1-2比活力提高38%,LDH_4-5比活力降低31%。d)小鼠劇烈運動后血乳酸清除速率顯著加快。結(jié)果提示復方生脈飲改變LDH同工酶譜,增加LDH_1-2此活力是其一個重要的抗疲勞機制。

Effects of"Pulse Vitalizing Tonic Compound"(Fufangshengmaiyin,FSMY)on mouse heart lactate dehy-drogenase (LDH)isozyme was examined with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and active staining. Results showed that:(1) Total specific activity of LDH was increased by 1300 after taken FSMY for 10 days,as com-pared with the control. (2)LDH isozyme map of heart muscle changed significantly with increase of LDH₁ and LDH₂ and decreased of LDH₄ and LDH₅. (3) Specific activities of LDH_1-2 was elevated by 3800,while that of LDH_4-5:lowered by 31%as compared with the control. (4)Blood lactic acid clearance was accelerated after vig-orous excercices. The above results pointed out that influence on LDH isozyme map and LDH_1-2 specific activi-ties are important aspects of anti-fatigue mechanism of FSMY.
