討論了用毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法測(cè)定月見(jiàn)草種子油中的γ-亞麻酸含量,種子油中脂肪酸用0.5mol/L氫氧化鉀-甲醇液皂化,三氟化硼-甲醇液酯化成脂肪酸甲酯。采用Rtx-5毛細(xì)管柱,十七烷酸(C₁₇:0)甲酯作為內(nèi)標(biāo)物,對(duì)γ-亞麻酸進(jìn)行了定量分析。結(jié)果表明,月見(jiàn)草種子油中γ-亞麻酸的含量占11.23%。

A method of capillary GC for the determination of fatty acids in oil of Oenothera odorata was reported. The oil was extracted by chemical method. Fatty acids in the oil was saponified by KOH-MeOH and trans-formed to methyl esters by means of BF₃-MeOH,under TLC surveillance.The methyl esters obtained were separated and determined by a Rtx-5 quartz capillary column,(30 m X 0.25 mm. WCOT. fixative fluid 5% Biphenyl-95% dimethyl polysiloxane). γ-Linolenic acid in the oil was determined with methyl heptadecanoate as internal standard. The contents of γ-linolenic acid in the oil sample was found to be 11.23%.
