[摘要]
目的 從文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的角度對(duì)黃連中、英文文獻(xiàn)的研究現(xiàn)狀及熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行全面分析,為未來(lái)黃連的臨床應(yīng)用和深入研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。方法 以黃連為關(guān)鍵詞檢索中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Wanfang Data)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、Web of Science(WOS) 4個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),將文獻(xiàn)導(dǎo)入NoteExpress文獻(xiàn)管理軟件中進(jìn)行查重和篩選。使用Excel、CiteSpace、VOSviewer等軟件,從發(fā)文趨勢(shì)與國(guó)家分布、發(fā)文機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)文作者、關(guān)鍵詞等維度出發(fā),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外黃連研究進(jìn)行可視化分析。結(jié)果 共檢索到符合要求的中文文獻(xiàn)3 277篇,英文文獻(xiàn)2 193篇,發(fā)文國(guó)家以中國(guó)為主,已構(gòu)建具有核心凝聚力的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)體系;近年來(lái),中、英文文獻(xiàn)研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域存在一定重疊,均涉及網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)、分子對(duì)接等生物信息學(xué)方向,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注了腸道菌群、潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的研究。結(jié)論 黃連領(lǐng)域的研究正不斷拓展和深入,有望進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化多學(xué)科交叉融合,提升中醫(yī)藥理論與臨床實(shí)踐的科學(xué)性和有效性。

Objective From the perspective of bibliometrics, this study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the research status and hotspots in Chinese and English literatures on Coptidis Rhizoma, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical application and in-depth research of Coptidis Rhizoma in the future. Methods Taking “Coptidis Rhizoma” as the key term, literature retrieval was performed in four databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Web of Science (WOS). The retrieved literatures were imported into the NoteExpress reference management software for duplicate checking and screening. Software such as Excel, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer was used to conduct visual analysis on domestic and international studies of Coptidis Rhizoma from multiple dimensions, including literature publication trends, national distribution of publications, contributing institutions, authors, and keywords. Results A total of 3 277 eligible Chinese literatures and 2 193 eligible English literatures were retrieved. China was the dominant country in terms of publication output, and a research team system with core cohesion has been established. In recent years, there was a certain overlap in the research hotspots between Chinese and English literatures, both involving bioinformatics directions such as network pharmacology and molecular docking, with a focus on studies related to intestinal flora and ulcerative colitis. Conclusion Research in the field of Coptidis Rhizoma is continuously expanding and deepening. It is expected to further strengthen the integration of multiple disciplines and enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice.
