前列腺是男性特有的性腺器官,上皮-間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化(EMT)在前列腺細(xì)胞生物學(xué)行為中扮演著重要角色,影響多種前列腺疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展。EMT是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的細(xì)胞過(guò)程,表現(xiàn)為上皮細(xì)胞失去其極性、細(xì)胞間連接和基底膜附著改變,并獲得間質(zhì)細(xì)胞的特性。非編碼RNA(ncRNA)參與調(diào)控前列腺上皮細(xì)胞EMT過(guò)程,在前列腺疾病中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。近年來(lái),中藥在EMT介導(dǎo)的前列腺疾病中作用的研究日益增多,并逐漸成為研究焦點(diǎn)。基于此,圍繞ncRNA在前列腺EMT中的調(diào)控機(jī)制及中藥干預(yù)作用展開(kāi)綜述,追蹤前列腺疾病EMT進(jìn)程中ncRNA的調(diào)控作用及潛在機(jī)制的研究前沿,歸納近年常見(jiàn)中藥及其成分的干預(yù)作用,探討其作為前列腺疾病診斷和治療靶點(diǎn)的潛力,為前列腺疾病的治療提供新思路。

[Abstract]
The prostate is a male-specific sex gland organ. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays a significant role in the biological behavior of prostate cells and influences the occurrence and development of various prostate diseases. EMT is a complex cellular process characterized by the loss of polarity, intercellular connections, and basement membrane attachment of epithelial cells, as well as the acquisition of mesenchymal cell properties. Non-coding RNA (ncRNA) is involved in regulating the EMT process in prostate epithelial cells and plays a key role in prostate diseases. In recent years, research on the role of traditional Chinese medicine in EMT-mediated prostate diseases has been increasing and has gradually become a research focus. Based on this, this article intends to review the regulatory mechanism of ncRNA in prostate EMT and the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine, track the research frontiers of the regulatory role and potential mechanisms of ncRNA in the EMT process of prostate diseases, summarize the intervention effects of common traditional Chinese medicines and their components in recent years, and explore their potential as diagnostic and therapeutic targets for prostate diseases, providing new ideas for the treatment of prostate diseases.
