蟬花是寄生在蟬上的真菌，也是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)名貴中藥材?，F(xiàn)代研究表明蟬花及其有效成分具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗疲勞、抗腫瘤、降血糖及改善腎功能等廣泛的藥理作用，尤其以增強(qiáng)免疫力作用的研究報(bào)道為多。近年來(lái)蟬花的抗腫瘤活性也逐漸受到關(guān)注，因此主要對(duì)蟬花的增強(qiáng)免疫力和抗腫瘤活性研究進(jìn)行綜述，并對(duì)其后續(xù)研究及應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行展望。

Cicada flower as a traditional Chinese medicine, is a cordycipitoid fungus parasitizing cicada nymphs. Studies have shown that cicada flower and its components have a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as immune regulation, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and renal function improvement, especially in the study of enhancing immunity. In recent years, the antitumor activity of cicada flower has also been paid more and more attention. Therefore, this paper reviews the research on the enhancement of immunity and anti-tumor activity, and prospects the research and application prospect of cicada flower.
