通過文獻研究對中藥飲片和中成藥命名規(guī)范存在的問題和原因進行回顧與分析，提出植物的不同基原、各地處方規(guī)范和國家標準不統(tǒng)一等是中藥命名不規(guī)范的主要原因。盡管國家已出臺的相關法規(guī)和指導原則推動了中藥命名規(guī)范化的進程，但缺乏通用的中成藥編碼系統(tǒng)與標準，因此建議政府相關部門制定統(tǒng)一標準來實現(xiàn)中藥命名規(guī)范化，為中藥的合理使用和國際化，以及全球草藥的統(tǒng)一監(jiān)管奠定基礎。

The authors systemically reviewed and analyzed the problems and causes in the process of the standardization of nomenclature in Prepared Slices of Chinese Crude Drugs (PSCCDs) and Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines (TCPMs) through literature mining. They proposed the main reasons for disunity of nomenclature in PSCCDs were the different origins of plants and the inconsistency between local standards and state regulations. Though the related regulations and guidelines have promoted the development of the standardization of nomenclature in Traditional Chinese Medicine Drugs (TCMDs), there is still a lack of universal coding systems and standards for TCPMs. For the rational use and internationalization of TCMDs, and for laying foundations of unified supervision on global herbal medicine, the authors suggested that relative departments in the government should standardize the nomenclature of TCMDs through formulating the unified standards.
