目的 探討女珍顆粒聯(lián)合佐匹克隆片治療更年期失眠癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月—2018年10月在內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)精神衛(wèi)生中心進行治療的82例更年期失眠患者為研究對象，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為觀察組（41例）和對照組（41例）。對照組給予佐匹克隆片，7.5 mg/次，1次/d，睡前服用；觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服女珍顆粒，6 g/次，3次/d。兩組均治療4周后進行效果對比。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，對照組有效率為82.92%，顯著低于治療組95.12%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表（PSQI）評分降低；多導(dǎo)睡眠監(jiān)測（PSG）中入睡時間、覺醒時間降低，總睡眠時間增加，睡眠效率提高；睡眠結(jié)構(gòu)中I期時間縮短，II、III期及快速動眼期時間延長（P<0.05），且觀察組睡眠情況顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者血清中神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)去甲腎上腺素（NE）、5-羥色胺（5-HT）、多巴胺（DA）水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且觀察組神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)水平顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組焦慮自評量表評分（SAS）、抑郁自評量表評分（SDS）、SCL-90、Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組上述評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 女珍顆粒聯(lián)合佐匹克隆片治療更年期失眠癥效果良好，可有效減輕失眠癥狀，改善患者負(fù)面情緒，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，有著良好臨床應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of Nüzhen Granules combined with Zopiclone Tablets in treatment of menopause insomnia. Methods Patients (82 cases) with menopause insomnia treated in Mental Health Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from March 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (41 cases) according to the medication. The control group was given Zopiclone Tablets before bedtime, 7.5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the observation group was given Nüzhen Granules on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. The two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 82.92%, which was significantly lower than 95.12% of the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PSQI score in two groups were decreased. In PSG, sleep time and wake time were decreased, and the total sleep time was increased, and sleep efficiency was improved. In the sleep structure, stage I duration was shortened, stage II, III and rem duration was prolonged (P < 0.05), and the sleep status in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum NE, 5-HT, DA levels in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the neurotransmitter levels in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SAS, SDS, SCL-90, and HAMD in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the scores in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nüzhen Granules combined with Zopiclone Tablets is effective in treating menopausal insomnia. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of insomnia, improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life, and it has good clinical application value.
