目的 評(píng)價(jià)注射用丹參多酚酸治療椎基底動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作（TIA）的有效性和安全性。方法 選取2017年8月-2018年8月在哈爾濱市第二醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)三科住院的椎基底動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)TIA的患者76例，隨機(jī)分成觀察組和對(duì)照組。觀察組39例，對(duì)照組37例，對(duì)照組采用抗血小板聚集和腦保護(hù)劑等常規(guī)治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用注射用丹參多酚酸0.13 g，每日1次，60 min內(nèi)靜脈滴注，連續(xù)給藥14 d。對(duì)治療后患者分別評(píng)定療效以及不良反應(yīng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)包括血尿常規(guī)、肝腎功能、空腹血糖、血脂，治療前及治療后各檢查1次，頭CT或MRI、心電圖在治療前和治療后各檢查1次。治療后隨訪3個(gè)月，觀察病情變化，統(tǒng)計(jì)TIA轉(zhuǎn)化成腦梗死的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組治療后3個(gè)月內(nèi)TIA再次發(fā)作次數(shù)平均為（1.61±0.52）次，3個(gè)月內(nèi)腦梗死發(fā)生4例，均留有輕度神經(jīng)功能缺損表現(xiàn)，發(fā)生率為10.26%；對(duì)照組治療后3個(gè)月內(nèi)TIA再次發(fā)作次數(shù)平均為（3.12±0.49）次，3個(gè)月內(nèi)腦梗死發(fā)生11例，均有輕度神經(jīng)功能缺損表現(xiàn)，其中l(wèi)例治療期間發(fā)生急性腦梗死后靜脈溶栓治療，治療后留有嚴(yán)重神經(jīng)功能缺損表現(xiàn)，腦梗死發(fā)生率為29.37%。治療后觀察組的效果顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。復(fù)查實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)即血尿常規(guī)、肝腎功能、空腹血糖、血脂，無(wú)新發(fā)異常病例，原指標(biāo)異常者復(fù)查結(jié)果較用藥前無(wú)明顯變化。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用注射用丹參多酚酸觀察組顯示出良好的臨床療效，可有效控制椎基底動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)TIA，緩解血管痙攣癥狀；在治療過(guò)程中兩組均未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯的肝腎功能異常及其他不良反應(yīng)，具有良好的用藥安全性，丹參多酚酸治療椎基底動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)TIA安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Salvianolic Acids for Injection for transient ischemic attack. Methods Seventy-six patients of transient ischemic attack in the Harbin NO.2 Hospital of from August, 2017 to August, 2018 were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Patients in treatment group received routine therapy and Salvianolic Acids for Injection, and patients in control group received routine therapy only. To evaluate the efficacy of treatment. Meantimes, clinical experience including CT, MRI, BP and HR before operation, before treatment and during seven days. Blood examination (WBC, RBC, ALT, AST, BUN, Cr) should be performed during seven days. Results In the observation group, the average number of TIA recurrences within 3 months after treatment was (1.61 + 0.52). Four cases of cerebral infarction occurred within 3 months, all of which had mild neurological deficits, with an incidence of 10.26%. The average number of TIA recurrences within 3 months after treatment in the control group was (3.12 + 0.49) times, and 11 cases of cerebral infarction occurred within 3 months. All of them had mild neurological deficits. Among them, 1 case had intravenous thrombolysis after acute cerebral infarction during treatment, and severe neurological deficits remained after treatment. The incidence of cerebral infarction was 29.37%. After treatment, χ² test showed that the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). From side effect, Salvianolic Acids for Injection did not decrease the systemic blood pressure and maybe better than others in the safety. Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection was effective and safe for transient ischemic attack.
