莪術來源于姜科姜黃屬植物，能破血祛瘀行氣、消腫止痛，用于治療癥瘕積聚、經閉、跌打損傷、瘀腫疼痛等的治療。現(xiàn)代研究表明莪術主要含有姜黃素類、莪術醇、β-欖香烯、莪術二酮等單體成分，具有很好的抗炎、抗腫瘤等藥理作用。就莪術中的主要單體成分姜黃素、莪術醇、β-欖香烯的抗炎、抗腫瘤的作用機制進行綜述，為進一步的新藥研發(fā)及臨床應用提供依據(jù)。
