99锝體外血小板標(biāo)記與光化學(xué)血管內(nèi)膜損傷法建立模型,通過血小板沉積數(shù)測定研究模型的應(yīng)用性。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,99锝體外血小板標(biāo)記率受標(biāo)記時(shí)間影響,最佳時(shí)間為30 min;洗滌2次可將未標(biāo)記同位素基本分離掉;血小板沉積數(shù)表示法較直接CPM計(jì)數(shù)法優(yōu)越;陽性對(duì)照欣維寧可減少血小板在內(nèi)膜損傷動(dòng)脈血管壁上的沉積。結(jié)論:通過99锝體外血小板標(biāo)記與光化學(xué)血管內(nèi)膜損傷建立的血小板沉積方法,科學(xué)、可靠,有一定實(shí)用性。;Objective: To study the method of the model establishment for platelet deposition. Methods: Using 99mTc labeled platelet and damage of vascular intima with photo- chemistry, the application of model for platelet deposition was studied by the measurement of platelet deposition. Results: The labeling ratio of platelet with 99mTc was affected by the labeling time, the optimal time was 30 min, the unlabeled platelet could be separated from labeled platelet through two times of scrubbing by buffer, the method of the counts of platelet deposition has superiority than that of CPM, the deposition of platelet in damaged vessels with photochemistry could be reduced by Tirofiban in the positive control group. Conclusions: The method of 99mTc labeled platelet in vitro and damage of vascular intima with photochemistry is reliable, and can be used for evaluation of antiplatelet agents."/> 99锝;光化學(xué);patelet; 99mTc; potochemistry"/>
