目的 研究益心酮軟膠囊聯(lián)合硝苯地平控釋片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年6月—2017年6月天津市第三中心醫(yī)院分院收治的冠心病心絞痛患者100例為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者口服硝苯地平控釋片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服益心酮軟膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。7 d為1個(gè)療程，兩組患者均持續(xù)治療4個(gè)療程。觀察兩組的臨床療效和心電圖療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀、左室收縮功能。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的臨床療效總有效率分別為82.00%、94.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的心電圖療效總有效率分別為78.00%、94.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者心絞痛持續(xù)時(shí)間和發(fā)作次數(shù)顯著低于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組心絞痛持續(xù)時(shí)間和發(fā)作次數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者每搏射血量（SV）、心臟指數(shù)（CI）和左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）均顯著高于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組左室收縮功能指標(biāo)顯著高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 益心酮軟膠囊聯(lián)合硝苯地平控釋片治療冠心病心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀、心電圖情況和左室收縮功能，安全性較高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To study the effect of Yixintong Soft Capsules combined with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (100 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the Branch of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yixintong Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A course had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 4 courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies and the electrocardiogram efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms and left ventricular systolic function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SV, CI, and LVEF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the left ventricular systolic function indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yixintong Soft Capsules combined with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can improve the clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, and left ventricular systolic function of patients, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
