目的 觀察烏雞白鳳軟膠囊聯(lián)合黃體酮軟膠囊和戊酸雌二醇片治療腎虛型月經(jīng)過少的臨床效果。方法 選取2023年1月—2023年12月在延安市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院婦科就醫(yī)的150例腎虛型月經(jīng)過少女性患者，采用隨機(jī)分組方式將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各75例。對(duì)照組自月經(jīng)周期第5天開始口服戊酸雌二醇片，1 mg/次，1次/d，連續(xù)用藥21 d。在戊酸雌二醇片服用至第12天時(shí)加用黃體酮膠囊，100 mg/次，2次/d，連續(xù)服用10 d。治療組在對(duì)照組用藥基礎(chǔ)上口服烏雞白鳳軟膠囊，1.8 g/次，3次/d。1個(gè)月經(jīng)周期為1個(gè)療程，兩組患者共治療3個(gè)療程。比較兩組的臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候積分、月經(jīng)失血圖（PBAC）評(píng)分、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、血清性激素水平。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率為90.67%，高于對(duì)照組的總有效率78.67%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分均下降（P＜0.05），并且治療組的中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的PBAC評(píng)分均上升（P＜0.05），治療組的PBAC評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度均增加（P＜0.05），治療組的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度大于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清中的卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黃體生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）水平均升高（P＜0.05），治療組患者的血清FSH、LH、E2水平高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 烏雞白鳳軟膠囊聯(lián)合黃體酮軟膠囊和戊酸雌二醇片治療腎虛型月經(jīng)過少的療效顯著，可改善臨床癥狀，提高血清性激素水平。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuji Baifeng Soft Capsules combined with Progesterone Capsules and Estradiol Valerate Tablets in treatment of renal deficiency type hypomenorrhea. Methods 150 Female patients with kidney deficiency type hypomenorrhea who received medical treatment in the Department of Gynecology, Yan’an Hospital of TCM from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into control group and treatment group according to random grouping method, with 75 patients in each group. The control group were po administered with Estradiol Valerate Tablets from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle, at a dose of 1 mg/time, once daily, for 21 consecutive days. On the 12th day, the treatment group was po administered with Progesterone Capsules 100 mg/time, twice daily, for 10 consecutive days. The treatment group took Wuji Baifeng Soft Capsules orally on the basis of the control group's medication at a dose of 1.8 g/time, three times daily. One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment, and two groups of patients were treated for a total of three courses. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, PBAC score, endometrial thickness, and serum sex hormones levels were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.67%, which was higher than the total effective rate of 78.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of two groups decreased (P < 0.05), and the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PBAC scores of two groups increased (P < 0.05), and the PBAC score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness in two groups increased (P < 0.05), and thicker endometrium in the treatment group was bigger than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of FSH, LH, and E₂ of two groups increased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of FSH, LH, and E₂ in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wuji Baifeng Soft Capsules combined with Progesterone Capsules and Estradiol Valerate Tablets has a significant therapeutic effect in treatment of renal deficiency type hypomenorrhea,, which can improve clinical symptoms and increase serum sex hormone levels.
