目的 探討芪蛭降糖膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸吡格列酮片治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2023年3月—2025年3月在重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬永川醫(yī)院就診的2型糖尿病患者，共計(jì)132例，患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各66例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸吡格列酮片，30 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服芪蛭降糖膠囊，2.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。比較兩組的臨床療效、生活質(zhì)量、癥狀改善時(shí)間、實(shí)驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 對(duì)照組的總有效率為81.82%，治療組的總有效率為93.94%，組間總有效率差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的糖尿病生活質(zhì)量量表（DSQL）評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組DSQL評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療組患者多尿、多飲、乏力改善時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后的空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、平均血糖波動(dòng)幅度（MAGE）、平均血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差（SDBG）、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)（HOMA-IR）和血清白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、骨鈣素（BGP）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平均顯著降低，胰島素敏感性（HOMA-IS）、胰島β細(xì)胞功能指數(shù)（HOMA-β）顯著升高（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后的MAGE、SDBG、HOMA-IR和血清IL-8、BGP、CRP水平低于對(duì)照組，HOMA-IS、HOMA-β高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 芪蛭降糖膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸吡格列酮片可提高2型糖尿病的臨床療效，提高生活質(zhì)量，減輕血糖波動(dòng)，改善胰島β細(xì)胞功能，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Jiangtang Capsules combined with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 132 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who visited Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected. Patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table, with 66 cases in each group. The control group took Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets orally at a dose of 30 mg/time, once daily. The treatment group took Qizhi Jiangtang Capsules orally in addition to the control group at a dose of 2.5 g/time, three times daily. Two groups were treated continuously for three months. The clinical efficacy, quality of life, symptom improvement time, and experimental indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%, while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, and the difference was significant between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the DSQL scores in the two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the DSQL scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement time of polyuria, polydipsia, and fatigue in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FBG, HbA1c, MAGE, SDBG, HOMA-IR, and serum IL-8, BGP, and CRP levels were significantly reduced in two groups, but HOMA-IS and HOMA-β were decreased (P < 0.05). MAGE, SDBG, HOMA-IR, serum IL-8, BGP, and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, while HOMA-IS and HOMA-β were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qizhi Jiangtang Capsules combined with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the quality of life, reduce blood sugar fluctuations, improve the function of pancreatic islet β cells, and reduce inflammatory reaction.
