目的 研究銀杏葉提取物注射液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片和高壓氧治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月—2024年8月在天津市泰達(dá)醫(yī)院高壓氧科接受治療的突發(fā)性耳聾患者74例作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)干預(yù)方案不同將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各37例。對(duì)照組口服甲鈷胺片0.5 mg/次，3次/d，另予以高壓氧治療，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上靜滴銀杏葉提取物注射液，將87.5 mg藥物混合250 mL生理鹽水，1次/d。兩組患者共連續(xù)治療10 d。對(duì)比兩組臨床療效、癥狀消失時(shí)間、聽力閾值、耳鳴程度、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、血清炎癥因子指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率是97.30%，高于對(duì)照組的總有效率78.38%，組間比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療組患者的耳鳴消失時(shí)間、耳悶消失時(shí)間、眩暈消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后兩組的250、1 000、4 000 Hz聽力閾值、耳鳴殘疾評(píng)估量表（THI）評(píng)分、紅細(xì)胞壓積（HCT）、紅細(xì)胞沉降率（ESR）、血清淀粉樣蛋白A（SAA）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均明顯降低（P＜0.05），而治療組的250、1 000、4 000 Hz聽力閾值，THI評(píng)分，HCT、ESR，血清SAA、CRP、IL-6水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 銀杏葉提取物注射液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺片和高壓氧治療突發(fā)性耳聾具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀和血液流變學(xué)，降低血清炎癥因子水平。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Methylcobalamin Tablets and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 74 patients with sudden deafness who received treatment in the Department of Hyperbaric Oxygen of Tianjin Teda Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to different intervention plans, the patients were divided into control group and treatment group, with 37 patients in each group. The control group was po administered with Methylcobalamin Tablets 0.5 mg/time, 3 times daily, and was also treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, once daily. The treatment group were iv administered with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection on the basis of the control group, and 87.5 mg drug was mixed with 250 mL physiological saline, once daily. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 10 d. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, hearing threshold, tinnitus degree, hemorheological indicators, and serum inflammatory factor indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.30%, which was higher than the total effective rate of 78.38% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance times of tinnitus, ear tightness, and dizziness in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the hearing thresholds of 250, 1 000, and 4 000 Hz, THI scores, hematocrit (HCT), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), serum levels of amyloid A (SAA), C-reactive protein (CRP), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the hearing thresholds of 250, 1 000, and 4 000 Hz, THI scores, HCT, ESR, serum levels of SAA, CRP, and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Methylcobalamin Tablets and hyperbaric oxygen therapy has good clinical efficacy in treatment of sudden deafness, which can improve clinical symptoms and hemorheology, and reduce serum levels of inflammatory factors.
