目的 探討濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏聯(lián)合復(fù)方磺胺嘧啶鋅凝膠治療頭面部燒傷的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年3月—2023年12月在太原鋼鐵（集團(tuán)）有限公司總醫(yī)院就診的82例頭面部燒傷患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組涂抹復(fù)方磺胺嘧啶鋅凝膠厚度0.15～0.35 mm，1次/d；治療組涂抹復(fù)方磺胺嘧啶鋅凝膠與濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏1∶3混合物厚度約1 mm。兩組持續(xù)治療14 d。評(píng)估兩組的總有效率、主觀(guān)疼痛程度和凝血功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率為82.93%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為63.41%，兩組組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分均顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組的VAS評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的纖維蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚體（D-D）水平低于治療前，血小板計(jì)數(shù)（PTL）水平高于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組的FIB、D-D水平低于對(duì)照組，PTL水平高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏聯(lián)合復(fù)方磺胺嘧啶鋅凝膠可提高頭面部燒傷的臨床療效，進(jìn)一步減輕疼痛程度，改善凝血功能。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shirun Shaoshang Ointment combined with Compound Sulfadiazine Zinc Pingment in treatment of head and facial burns. Methods 82 Patients with head and facial burns in Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., General Hospital from March 2020 to December 2023 were divided into control and treatment group by random number table method, with 41 cases per group. Patients in the control group were treated with Compound Sulfadiazine Zinc Gel with a thickness of 0.15 — 0.35 mm, once daily. Patients in the treatment group applied a 1:3 mixture of Compound Sulfadiazine Zinc Gel and Shirun Shaoshang Ointment with a thickness of about 1 mm. Patients in both groups were treated for 14 d. The total effective rate, subjective pain degree, and coagulation function of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 82.93% in the treatment group, and 63.41% in the control group, and the difference between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FIB and D-D levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment, but PTL levels of two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). FIB and D-D levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but PTL levels were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shirun Shaoshang Ointment and Compound Sulfadiazine Zinc Gel can improve the efficacy of head and facial burns, further reduce pain, and improve coagulation function.
