目的 探討參苓白術(shù)顆粒聯(lián)合復方胰酶散治療小兒功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年8月—2023年12月在榆林市第一醫(yī)院接受治療的功能性消化不良患兒96例，依據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各48例。對照組口服復方胰酶散，2袋/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎上口服參苓白術(shù)顆粒，3 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效和中醫(yī)癥狀消失時間，比較兩組治療前后胃排空率、胃動素、降鈣素基因相關肽（CGRP）的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是95.83%，顯著高于對照組的83.33%（P＜0.05）。治療后，與對照組比較，治療組脘腹痞滿、食少納呆、胃脘隱痛消失時間更短（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組餐后30、60 min的胃排空率明顯升高（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組餐后30、60 min的胃排空率高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清胃動素水平明顯升高，血清CGRP水平明顯降低（P＜0.05）；與對照組治療后比較，治療組血清胃動素水平更高、血清CGRP水平更低（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 參苓白術(shù)顆粒聯(lián)合復方胰酶散治療小兒功能性消化不良可獲得較佳的治療效果，并能有效改善胃排空延遲及血清胃動素、CGRP水平，且安全性較高。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu Granules combined with Compound Pancreatin in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children. Methods A total of 96 children with functional dyspepsia who received treatment in the First Hospital of Yulin from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Pancreatin, 2 bags/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenling Baizhu Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, the clinical efficacy and disappearance time of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of two groups were observed, and the changes of gastric emptying rate, motilin and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with control group, the disappearance time of epigastric fullness, less food and dull stomach pain was shorter in treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gastric emptying rate of 30 and 60 min after meal was significantly increased in both groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gastric empting rate 30 and 60 min after meal in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum motilin level was significantly increased and the serum CGRP level was significantly decreased in both groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum motilin level in treatment group was higher and the serum CGRP level was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Granules combined with Compound Pancreatin can obtain better treatment effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children, and can effectively improve gastric emptying delay, serum motilin and CGRP levels with high safety.
