目的 探討靜靈口服液聯(lián)合阿立哌唑片治療兒童注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月-2022年12月秦皇島市第一醫(yī)院收治的60例注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙患兒,經(jīng)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各30例。對(duì)照組晚上口服阿立哌唑片,初始劑量1片/次,1次/d,用藥2周后可以根據(jù)患兒的實(shí)際療效和耐受情況逐漸增加藥物劑量,最大劑量不超過(guò)3片/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服靜靈口服液,1支/次,2次/d。兩組患兒均治療8周。比較兩組的治療效果、癥狀情況、多動(dòng)障礙、注意力、血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率(93.33%)顯著高于對(duì)照組總有效率(73.33%)(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患兒注意力缺陷多動(dòng)障礙評(píng)定量表(SNAP-IV)評(píng)分、Conners父母癥狀問(wèn)卷評(píng)分和數(shù)字劃消試驗(yàn)失誤率均顯著降低,血清催乳素(PRL)、中樞神經(jīng)特異蛋白(S100β)、25-羥維生素D水平均顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組各指標(biāo)的變化明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 靜靈口服液聯(lián)合阿立哌唑片治療兒童注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙的臨床效果顯著,可以有效改善患兒的臨床癥狀,提高注意力,調(diào)節(jié)血清因子。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Jingling Oral Liquid combined with Aripiprazole Tablets on attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in children. Methods Children (60 cases) with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. Children in the control group were po administered with Aripiprazole Tablets at night, initial dose 1 tablet/time, once daily, after 2 weeks of medication, the drug dosage gradually increased based on the actual efficacy and tolerance, with a maximum dose not exceeding 3 tablets daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Jingling Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 1 piece/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies, the symptoms, hyperactivity disorder, attention, and serum indicators in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (93.33%) was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SNAP-IV score, PSQ score and NCT error rate in two groups were significantly decreased, and serum PRL, S100-β, and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the changes of indexes in treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Jingling oral liquid combined with Aripiprazole Tablets is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and increase their attention, and regulate serum factors.
