目的 探討速效救心丸聯(lián)合氨氯地平治療變異型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取黃岡市中心醫(yī)院于2020年1月—2023年2月收治的120例變異型心絞痛患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對(duì)照組患者口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服速效救心丸，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候積分，血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、一氧化氮和內(nèi)皮素-1水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.00%，明顯高于對(duì)照組（83.33%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候積分明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組各項(xiàng)中醫(yī)癥候積分改善程度較對(duì)照組更加明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6和內(nèi)皮素-1水平明顯降低，而一氧化氮水平高于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組改善程度較對(duì)照組更加明顯（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 速效救心丸聯(lián)合氨氯地平治療變異型心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，且對(duì)患者的血管內(nèi)皮功能和炎癥狀態(tài)均有較好的改善作用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with amlodipine in treatment of variant angina pectoris. Methods Patients (120 cases) with variant angina pectoris in Huanggang Central Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodipine Besilate Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 5 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the symptom relief times, the TCM syndrome scores, serum CRP, sICAM-1, IL-6, nitric oxide and endothelin-1 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CRP, sICAM-1, IL-6 and endothelin-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of nitric oxide in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with amlodipine has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of variant angina pectoris, and which can improve the vascular endothelial function and inflammatory status.
