目的 探討解郁安神膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸度洛西汀腸溶片治療產(chǎn)后抑郁癥的臨床效果。方法 選取2021年8月—2023年2月河北省榮軍醫(yī)院收治的94例產(chǎn)后抑郁癥患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將94例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各47例。對照組口服鹽酸度洛西汀腸溶片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對照組基礎上飯后口服解郁安神膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。兩組共治療8周。比較兩組的臨床療效、抑郁程度、睡眠質量、血清神經(jīng)遞質、血清炎性因子。結果 治療后，治療組的總有效率比對照組總有效率高，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的Edinburgh產(chǎn)后抑郁量表（EPDS）、匹茲堡睡眠質量量表（PSQI）評分均顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組的EPDS、PSQI評分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清5-羥色胺（5-HT）、神經(jīng)肽Y（NPY）水平顯著升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的血清5-HT、NPY水平高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組血清IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平降低程度比對照組高（P＜0.05）。結論 解郁安神膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸度洛西汀腸溶片可提高產(chǎn)后抑郁癥的臨床療效，有助于提高患者睡眠質量，減輕抑郁程度，調節(jié)神經(jīng)遞質的分泌，降低炎癥反應。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of postpartum depression. Methods Women (94 cases) with postpartum depression in Hebei Province Veterans Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to random number table method, and each group had 47 cases. Women in the control group were po administered with Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Women in the treatment group were po administered with Jieyu Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group after a meal, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Women in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies, depression level, sleep quality, the serum levels of neurotransmitters and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, EPDS and PSQI scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and EPDS and PSQI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of 5-HT and NPY in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of 5-HT and NPY in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-1β, IFN-γ, and TNF-α were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-1β, IFN-γ, and TNF-α in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of postpartum moderate and severe depression, help to improve the sleep quality of patients, reduce the degree of depression, reduce inflammation, regulate the secretion of neurotransmitters.
