目的 探討急性腦梗死患者使用血塞通注射液聯(lián)合復(fù)方腦肽節(jié)苷脂注射液治療的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月—2022年12月于太和縣人民醫(yī)院確診并接受治療的96例急性腦梗死患者，利用計(jì)算機(jī)生成的隨機(jī)數(shù)字將入選患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（n＝48）和治療組（n＝48）。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注復(fù)方腦肽節(jié)苷脂注射液，10mL/次，用250 mL 0.9%氯化鈉注射液稀釋，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注血塞通注射液，400 mg/次，用500 mL 10%葡萄糖注射液稀釋，1次/d。比較兩組患者治療14 d的臨床療效、神經(jīng)功能、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、血清神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子。結(jié)果 與對(duì)照組總有效率（79.17%）對(duì)比，治療組的總有效率（93.75%）明顯更高（P＜0.05）。與治療前對(duì)比，兩組美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評(píng)分顯著降低（P＜0.05），并以治療組NIHSS評(píng)分降低更顯著（P＜0.05）。與治療前對(duì)比，兩組全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血漿黏度均呈下降趨勢(shì)（P＜0.05），且治療組血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)下降更顯著（P＜0.05）。與治療前對(duì)比，兩組患者血清神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子（NGF）、腦源性神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子（BDNF）水平均呈上升趨勢(shì)（P＜0.05，且治療組血清NGF、BDNF水平上升更顯著（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 急性腦梗死患者在復(fù)方腦肽節(jié)苷脂注射液基礎(chǔ)上加用血塞通注射液的治療療效顯著，可促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)，改善血液流變學(xué)，提高神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子水平。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong Injection combined with Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were diagnosed and treated in Taihe County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control (48 cases) and treatment groups (48 cases) according to computer-generated random numbers. The control group were iv administered with Compound Porcine Cerebroside and Ganglioside Injection, 10 mL/dose, diluted with 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection, once daily. The treatment group were iv administered with Xuesaitong Injection 400 mg/dose based on the control group, diluted with 500 mL of 10% glucose injection, once daily. The clinical efficacy for 14 d, the neurological function, hemorheological indicators, and serum neurotrophic factors in two groups were compared in both group. Results Compared with the total effective rate (79.17%) of the control group, the total effective rate (93.75%) of the treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, NIHSS scores of the two groups showed significant downward trend (P < 0.05), and the decrease of NIHSS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, and plasma viscosity of the two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the hemorheological indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, NGF and BDNF serum levels in two groups showed an upward trend (P < 0.05), and the increase of the serum levels of NGF and BDNF in the treatment group were more significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection, Xuesaitong Injection is effective in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve hemorheology, increase the level of neurotrophic factors, and promote the recovery of neurological function.
