三七皂苷R₁為三七中特有成分，藥理作用廣泛。三七皂苷R₁通過抗炎、抗凋亡、改善能量代謝、抑制氧化應激、抑制心肌纖維化、抗心律失常、舒張血管和促血管生成等作用有效防治多種心血管疾病，如缺血性心臟病、動脈粥樣硬化、高血壓、心肌炎、心律失常、心肌肥厚和心力衰竭等。針對三七皂苷R₁在心血管疾病防治方面的分子機制研究進行綜述，以期為進一步開發(fā)三七皂苷R₁的潛在治療價值和臨床應用發(fā)揮參考作用。

Notoginsenoside R₁ is a unique component in Panax notoginseng, with extensive pharmacological effects. Notoginsenoside R₁ can effectively prevent and treat a variety of cardiovascular diseases, such as ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, hypertension, myocarditis, arrhythmia, myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure, through anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis, improving energy metabolism, inhibiting oxidative stress, inhibiting myocardial fibrosis, anti-arrhythmia, vasodilation and promoting angiogenesis. This article reviews the research on the molecular mechanism of notoginsenoside R₁ in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, hoping to play a reference role in further developing the potential therapeutic value and clinical application of notoginsenoside R₁.
