目的 探討康復(fù)新液聯(lián)合注射用矛頭蝮蛇血凝酶治療胃潰瘍出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年12月—2021年12月在中國人民解放軍南部戰(zhàn)區(qū)總醫(yī)院治療的86例胃潰瘍出血患者，按照治療方法不同將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各43例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈注射注射用矛頭蝮蛇血凝酶，將1單位注射用矛頭蝮蛇血凝酶溶于10 mL 0.9%氯化鈉溶液中，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服康復(fù)新液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的止血時(shí)間、再出血發(fā)生率、凝血功能、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.35%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的總有效率81.39%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組止血時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，再出血發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血漿活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間（APTT）、凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）均明顯短于治療前，纖維蛋白原（FIB）水平明顯高于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組APTT、PT明顯短于對(duì)照組，F(xiàn)IB水平明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血管內(nèi)皮生長因子、表皮生長因子受體水平均明顯高于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組血管內(nèi)皮生長因子、表皮生長因子受體水平明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 康復(fù)新液聯(lián)合注射用矛頭蝮蛇血凝酶治療胃潰瘍出血療效確切，可縮短胃潰瘍出血患者止血時(shí)間，改善凝血功能。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Hemocoagulase Bothrops Atrox for injection in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods Patients (86 cases) with gastric ulcer bleeding in General Hospital of the Southern Theater Command of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from December 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatment methods, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Hemocoagulase Bothrops Atrox for injection, 1 unit added into 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and hemostatic time, rebleeding rate, coagulation function, and serological indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that (81.39%) of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the hemostatic time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and rebleeding rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, APTT and PT in two groups were significantly shorter than those before treatment, but FIB levels were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, APTT and PT in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, but FIB levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Hemocoagulase Bothrops Atrox for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding, can shorten the hemostatic time of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding and improve the coagulation function.
