目的 探究丁苯酞軟膠囊聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉右莰醇注射用濃溶液治療急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年10月—2022年4月六安市中醫(yī)院收治的72例急性腦梗死患者作為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各36例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注依達(dá)拉奉右莰醇注射用濃溶液，15 mL加入到100 mL生理鹽水中，2次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服丁苯酞軟膠囊，0.2 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、腦血管儲(chǔ)備能力（CVR）、血清單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為91.67%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為72.22%，組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組NIHSS評(píng)分降低，Barthel指數(shù)升高（P＜0.05），治療組NIHSS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，Barthel指數(shù)高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組CVR升高，搏動(dòng)指數(shù)值降低（P＜0.05），治療組CVR高于對(duì)照組，搏動(dòng)指數(shù)值低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清MCP-1、MMP-9水平均降低（P＜0.05），治療組血清MCP-1、MMP-9水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 丁苯酞軟膠囊聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉右莰醇注射用濃溶液能改善急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能，增加腦血管儲(chǔ)備能力，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性較高，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To explore the effects of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (72 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in Traditional Chinese Hospital of Lu’an from October 2020 to April 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 36 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for injection, 15 mL added into normal saline 100 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the NIHSS score, Barthel Index, CVR, and the levels of MCP-1 and MMP-9 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 72.22%, and there was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of two groups were decreased, but the Barthel Index of two groups were increased (P < 0.05). The NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, but the Barthel Index of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the CVR of two groups were increased, but the pulsation index value of two groups were decreased (P < 0.05). The CVR of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the pulsation index value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MCP-1 and MMP-9 in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of MCP-1 and MMP-9 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Edaravone and Dexborneol Concentrated Solution for injection can improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction, increase the cerebrovascular reserve capacity, and reduce the inflammatory response, with high safety, and which is worthy of application.
