目的 分析麝香保心丸聯(lián)合體外反搏治療氣虛血瘀型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年2月—2019年12月衡水市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收治的80例氣虛血瘀型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組40例。對照組患者給予常規(guī)化學藥治療及體外反搏。治療組患者在對照組基礎上口服麝香保心丸，2丸/次，3次/d。兩組患者的治療時間均為4周。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、心絞痛評分、心電圖心肌缺血情況、心臟耐受性和心功能分級。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率是97.50%，顯著高于對照組的85.00%（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者認知水平評分、身體受限評分、發(fā)作程度評分、穩(wěn)定水平評分、滿意度評分均較治療前顯著升高（P＜0.05）；且治療后，治療組心絞痛評分均顯著高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組ST段壓低最大程度較治療前顯著降低，而運動持續(xù)時間、6 min步行試驗（6MWT）顯著增加（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組心電圖心肌缺血和心臟耐受性改善優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組NYHA心功能III級均較本組治療前降低（P＜0.05），且治療組低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 麝香保心丸聯(lián)合體外反搏治療氣虛血瘀型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者具有較好的臨床療效，能夠更大程度改善心絞痛SAQ評分、心電圖心肌缺血情況及心功能NYHA分級，提高心臟耐受性，值得推廣應用。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with external counterpulsation in treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris admitted to Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and in vitro counterpulsation. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 2 pills/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, angina scores, ECG myocardial ischemia, cardiac tolerance and cardiac function grades of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.00%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of cognitive level, physical limitation, attack degree, stability level and satisfaction were significantly increased in two groups compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, angina scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the maximum degree of ST-segment depression was significantly decreased in both groups compared with before treatment, while the exercise duration and 6-min walking test (6MWT) were significantly increased (P< 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of ECG myocardial ischemia and cardiac tolerance in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, NYHA grade III cardiac function in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with external counterpulsation has good clinical effect in treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris, and can significantly improve the SAQ score of angina pectoris, myocardial ischemia in electrocardiogram and NYHA grade of cardiac function, and improve cardiac tolerance, which is worth popularizing and applying.
