目的 探討槐杞黃顆粒與枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌治療小兒功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法 選擇2021年1月-2022年1月在南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院診治的96例功能性便秘患兒,隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,每組各48例。對照組口服枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌顆粒,1袋/次,2次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上,治療組口服槐杞黃顆粒,1袋/次,2次/d。兩組用藥7 d。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患兒癥狀緩解時(shí)癥狀改善時(shí)間,血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃動素(MLT)、胃腸激素P物質(zhì)(SP)指標(biāo)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ干擾素(IFN-γ)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)水平,及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為79.17%和97.92%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組癥狀改善時(shí)間均明顯短于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患兒GAS、MLT、SP指標(biāo)均明顯高于治療前,而IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α和CRP水平均明顯低于治療前,且治療組患兒這些指標(biāo)水平明顯好于對照組(P<0.05)。治療期間,治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(6.25%)明顯低于對照組(14.58%,P<0.05)。結(jié)論 枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌聯(lián)合槐杞黃顆粒治療兒童功能性便秘癥狀改善明顯,能有效調(diào)節(jié)胃腸道功能,促使炎性反應(yīng)降低。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines, Live in treatment of functional constipation in children. Methods Children (96 cases) with constipation in Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 48 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines, Live, and 1 bag/time, twice daily. Children in the treatment group po administered with Huaiqihuang Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of symptom, the levels of GAS, MLT, SP, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α and CRP, and the adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 79.17% and 97.92% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of GAS, MLT and SP in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α and CRP were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the levels of these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group (6.25%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (14.58%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines, Live can significantly improve the symptoms of functional constipation in children, which can effectively regulate gastrointestinal function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
