目的 建立不同產(chǎn)地細(xì)辛藥材揮發(fā)油的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)指紋圖譜,并結(jié)合化學(xué)模式識(shí)別進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法 采用GC-MS法建立細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油的指紋圖譜,進(jìn)行相似度評(píng)價(jià),并通過聚類分析(CA)、主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法(OPLS-DA)判別分析不同產(chǎn)地細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油的質(zhì)量差異。結(jié)果 建立了細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油的GC-MS指紋圖譜,確認(rèn)24個(gè)共有峰,并指認(rèn)了其中10個(gè)共有峰。不同批次細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油樣品相似度在0.908以上。CA、PCA和OPLS-DA結(jié)果顯示細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油存在一定的質(zhì)量差異,以變量投影重要度(VIP)值>1.0為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),篩選出8個(gè)差異性標(biāo)志成分。結(jié)論 GC-MS指紋圖譜結(jié)合化學(xué)模式識(shí)別可以全面、系統(tǒng)地評(píng)價(jià)細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油的質(zhì)量特征,為細(xì)辛藥材的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。

Objective To establish GC-MS fingerprints of volatile oil in Asari Herba from different origins, and analyze the results by chemical pattern recognition. Methods Fingerprints of volatile oil in Asari Herba were established by GC-MS, and the similarity was evaluate. The quality of volatile oil in Asari Herba from different origins was discussed by cluster analysis (CA), principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). Results GC-MS fingerprints of volatile oil in Asari Herba were established, 24 peaks in it were confirmed, and 10 peaks of them were identified. The similarity of volatile oil in Asari Herba was above 0.908. CA, PCA, and OPLS-DA results showed that there were certain qualitative differences in volatile oil in Asari Herba. Using the VIP value ＞1.0 as the criterion, eight markers of difference were screened out, which can be used to distinguish between different origins. Conclusion GC-MS fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition can comprehensively and systematically evaluate the inherent quality characteristics of volatile oil in Asari Herba, which can provide a reference for the quality evaluation research of Asari Herba.
