目的 觀察小兒肺咳顆粒聯(lián)合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混懸液治療兒童喘息性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年6月—2022年6月在眉山市人民醫(yī)院接受治療的100例喘息性支氣管炎患兒，利用抽簽法將所有患兒分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組霧化吸入吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混懸液，0.4mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上開水沖服小兒肺咳顆粒，3g/次，3次/d。兩組均給藥1周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀消退時(shí)間、肺功能指標(biāo)[吸氣/呼氣時(shí)間比（Ti/Te）、每千克體質(zhì)量潮氣量（TV/kg）、達(dá)峰時(shí)間比（TPTEF/TE）]、炎癥指標(biāo)[腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）]。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為98.00%，高于對(duì)照組的總有效率84.00%，組間比較差異顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組喘息、肺部濕啰音、咳嗽消退時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的Ti/Te、TV/kg、TPTEF/TE值均明顯升高（P<0.05）；且與對(duì)照組相比，治療后治療組的Ti/Te、TV/kg、TPTEF/TE值均顯著升高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒肺咳顆粒聯(lián)合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混懸液霧化治療兒童喘息性支氣管炎安全有效，能縮短患兒癥狀改善時(shí)間，改善患兒肺功能，減輕機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)程度，值得臨床推廣。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules combined with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods Patients (100 cases) with asthmatic bronchitis in children in Meishan City People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to lottery method, and each group had 50 cases. Children in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation, 0.4 mg/time, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Feike Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom regression time, and pulmonary function index (Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE), inflammatory index (IL-6,TNF-α, and CRP) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (84.00%), and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the regression time of wheezing, lung wet rales, and cough in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the values of Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE in two groups were significantly increased (P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the values of Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Feike Granules combined with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation has clinical curative effect in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children, can shorten the time of symptom improvement, improve the lung function of children, and reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction of the body, which is worthy of clinical application.
