目的 探討地奧心血康膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸氫氯吡格雷片治療急性心肌梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年3月—2022年2月鄭州頤和醫(yī)院收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者，將所有患者根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各39例。對照組口服硫酸氫氯吡格雷片，首次劑量300 mg/d，1次/d，連續(xù)治療3 d后，劑量改為75 mg/次。治療組患者在對照組患者基礎(chǔ)上口服地奧心血康膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組心功能指標(biāo)和血清生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率89.74%明顯高于對照組的總有效率71.79%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的左室射血分數(shù)（LVEF）、心排血量（CO）、舒張早期與晚期最大血流比（E/A）值顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的LVEF、CO、E/A值比對照組高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、N末端B型鈉尿肽原（NT-proBNP）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療組的CK-MB、NT-proBNP、IL-1β水平低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 地奧心血康膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸氫氯吡格雷片可提高急性心肌梗死的療效，改善心功能，減輕心肌炎性損傷。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets in treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Patients (78 cases) with acute myocardial infarction in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 39 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets, the first dose was 300 mg/d, once daily. After 3 days of continuous treatment, the dose was changed to 75 mg/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the cardiac function index and serum biochemical indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.79%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the LVEF, CO, and E/A values of two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05); and the LVEF, CO, and E/A values of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB, NT-proBNP, and IL-1β in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05),and the levels of CK-MB, NT-proBNP, and IL-1β in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets can improve the curative effect of acute myocardial infarction, improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial inflammatory injury.
