目的 探討京萬(wàn)紅與重組人表皮生長(zhǎng)因子凝膠聯(lián)合治療壓力性損傷的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年1月—2021年12月在廊坊市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院治療的120例皮損患者，隨機(jī)分對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組患者外用重組人表皮生長(zhǎng)因子凝膠（酵母），生理鹽水清洗創(chuàng)面后，取適量均勻涂于患處，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上外用京萬(wàn)紅軟膏，生理鹽水清理創(chuàng)面，將本品涂于消毒紗布上，敷蓋創(chuàng)面，常規(guī)包扎，1次/d，1次/d。兩組治療30 d觀察效果。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、血清降鈣素（PCT）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平，及創(chuàng)面表皮生長(zhǎng)因子（EGF）含量。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率（98.33%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（83.33%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05），創(chuàng)面EGF含量明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-6、PCT、TNF-α、CRP水平均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 重組人表皮生長(zhǎng)因子凝膠與京萬(wàn)紅軟膏聯(lián)合治療效果滿(mǎn)意，損傷皮膚改善明顯，并能有效降低局部炎性反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jingwanhong combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel in treatment of pressure injury. Methods Patients (120 cases) with pressure injury in Langfang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel (Yeast), evenly apply proper amount to the affected area after washing the wound with normal saline, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Jingwanhong Ointment on the basis of the control group, normal saline for wound cleaning, and the product was applied to sterilized gauze for wound covering and conventional dressing, once daily, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of symptom, the levels of IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP, EGF content in wound in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptoms in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the content of EGF in the wound of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with Jingwanhong Ointment in treatment of pressure injury is satisfactory, the injured skin is improved obviously, and can effectively reduce the local inflammatory reaction.
