全球女性癌癥中1/3以上是婦科腫瘤，1/4以上死于婦科腫瘤。目前婦科腫瘤的治療仍以手術(shù)和放療為主，并用化療藥預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移。和厚樸酚是厚樸中主要活性成分，具有廣泛的藥理活性，抗腫瘤研究受到了很大的關(guān)注。綜述了和厚樸酚抗乳腺癌、抗卵巢癌、抗宮頸癌的藥理作用及其機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展，為其在防治婦科腫瘤中的研究提供參考。

More than 1/3 of female cancer patients in the world are gynecological tumors, and more than 1/4 die from gynecological tumors. At present, the treatment of gynecological tumors is still mainly surgery and radiotherapy, and chemotherapy drugs are used to prevent recurrence and metastasis. Honokiol is the main active ingredient in Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, which has a wide range of pharmacological activities, and its anti-tumor research has received great attention. This paper reviews the research progress of the pharmacological effects and its mechanisms of honokiol against breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and cervical cancer, and provides a reference for its research in the prevention and treatment of gynecological tumors.
