目的 分析南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腦科醫(yī)院2019年1月—2021年12月執(zhí)行國家組織藥品集中采購政策后對抗精神病藥物使用情況的影響。方法 采用回顧性研究方法對南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腦科醫(yī)院2019年1月—2021年12月國家集采藥品中抗精神病藥物的用藥品種、使用數(shù)量、使用金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）、排序比（B/A）、潛在節(jié)省費用等進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 國家組織藥品集中采購政策實施后，2021年較2020年第1批、第3批中選藥品及同通用名藥品使用數(shù)量分別增加了8.91%、14.73%，使用金額分別下降了13.99%、21.33%；DDDs最高的3位、DDC最低的3位均為國家集采中選品種；2021年第1批、第3批國家集采執(zhí)行后潛在節(jié)省費用為470.43萬元。結(jié)論 國家集采政策實施后，一定程度上解決了藥品價格虛高的問題，切實降低了精神病患者的用藥負(fù)擔(dān)，提升了醫(yī)保資金的使用效率。

Objective To analyze the effects of national centralized drug procurement policy on the use of antipsychotic drugs in The Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the varieties, quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, B/A, and potential cost savings of antipsychotic drugs in national centralized drug collection from January 2019 to December 2021 in The Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Results After the implementation of national centralized drug procurement policy, the number of selected drugs and drugs with the same generic name in 2021 increased by 8.91% and 14.73%, and the consumption sum decreased by 13.99% and 21.33%, respectively, compared with that in 2020. The 3 cultivars with the highest DDDs and the 3 cultivars with the lowest DDC were selected from the national collective collection. After the implementation of the first batch and the third batch of national collective production in 2021, the potential cost savings will be 470.43 million yuan. Conclusion After policy implement, some drug prices have returned to reasonable level so as to lower the drug expenditure of some patients and enhance the use effciency of medical insurance fund.
