目的 探討膽樂膠囊聯(lián)合茴三硫片治療慢性膽囊炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2021年7月在鶴壁市人民醫(yī)院就診的90例慢性膽囊炎患者作為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各有45例。對照組口服茴三硫片，25 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服膽樂膠囊，1.2 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組的膽囊收縮功能、膽囊壁厚度、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分以及血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、瘦素（Lep）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（95.56%）高于對照組（82.22%），組間比較有顯著差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的膽囊收縮功能明顯高于治療前，膽囊壁厚度明顯低于治療前（P<0.05）；治療組的膽囊收縮功能比對照組高，膽囊壁厚度比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分明顯低于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組的VAS評分比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清CRP、IL-6、Lep水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的血清CRP、IL-6、Lep比對照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 膽樂膠囊聯(lián)合茴三硫片治療慢性膽囊炎的療效確切，能改善膽囊癥狀，減輕腹痛程度，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，治療安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danle Capsules combined with Anethol Trithione Tablets in treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with chronic cholecystitis in the People's Hospital of Hebi from April 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Anethol Trithione Tablets, 25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danle Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and gallbladder contraction function, gallbladder wall thickness, VAS scores, and serum levels of CRP, IL-6, and Lep in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (95.56%) was higher than that of the control group (82.22%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gallbladder contraction function in two groups was significantly higher than before treatment, but the gallbladder wall thickness in two groups was significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05). The gallbladder contraction function in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the thickness of gallbladder wall in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P< 0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-6, and Lep in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-6, and Lep in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Danle Capsules combined with Anethol Trithione Tablets is effective in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis, can improve gallbladder symptoms, reduce the degree of abdominal pain, reduce inflammatory reaction, wtih good safety.
