目的 探究熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α1b注射液治療小兒手足口病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年12月—2021年1月在新鄭市中醫(yī)院就診治療的102例手足口病患兒，按照入院先后順序?qū)⑺谢純悍譃閷?duì)照組和治療組，每組各51例。對(duì)照組皮下注射重組人干擾素α1b注射液，10 μg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注熱毒寧注射液，6~10 mL/次，加入0.9%氯化鈉注射液100 mL中，1次/d。兩組患兒均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患兒的臨床療效，比較兩組患兒的臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、炎性因子和血清因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患兒的總有效率（94.11%）高于對(duì)照組（78.43%），組間比較有差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒的潰瘍消退時(shí)間、皮疹消退時(shí)間、退熱時(shí)間、口腔黏膜充血消退時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，組間比較有差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒的γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）水平與同組治療前比較均顯著降低，同組比較有差異（P＜0.05）；并且治療組患兒的IFN-γ、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平較對(duì)照組降低明顯，組間比較有差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒的血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、肌鈣蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）水平顯著降低，同組比較有差異（P＜0.05）；并且治療組患兒CK-MB、cTnI水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，組間比較有差異（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α1b注射液治療小兒手足口病具有較好的臨床療效，可緩解患兒臨床癥狀，改善血清炎性因子和血清因子水平，有一定臨床價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reduning Injection combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children.Methods Children (102 cases) with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Xinzheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Children in the control group were sc administered with Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection, 6 — 10 μg/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were iv administered with Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL, once daily. Children in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the remission time of clinical symptoms, the levels of inflammatory factors and serum cytokines in two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of children in the treatment group (94.11%) was higher than that in the control group (78.43%), and there was a difference between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ulcer recovery time, rash regression time, antipyretic time, and oral mucosal congestion recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of IFN-γ, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB and cTnI in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was a difference between the groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children, can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and serum factors, which has a certain clinical value.
