目的 探討2017—2020年南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腦科醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的使用情況與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。方法 采用回顧性研究方法，對(duì)南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腦科醫(yī)院2017—2020年第二類精神藥品的銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費(fèi)用（DDC）、排序比（B/A）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 將使用的第二類精神藥品品種按化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)分類，各分類金額構(gòu)成比基本穩(wěn)定。巴比妥類占比最低，苯二氮類和非苯二氮類的銷售金額呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)。非苯二氮類的DDDs構(gòu)成比呈微增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)，苯二氮類和巴比妥類的DDDs構(gòu)成比呈微下降趨勢(shì)。第二類精神藥品銷售金額的前3位保持穩(wěn)定，分別為唑吡坦、勞拉西泮、佐匹克隆。唑吡坦、佐匹克隆、勞拉西泮的DDDs始終位于前3。2017—2020年第二類精神藥品的DDC保持基本穩(wěn)定，略有上漲。大部分藥品的B/A在0.8～1.2，比較明顯的是奧沙西泮的B/A<0.8，艾司唑侖、阿普唑侖、硝西泮的B/A>1.2。結(jié)論 南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腦科醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品結(jié)構(gòu)合理，非苯二氮類藥物使用逐漸增多。

Objective To evaluate the application situation and development tendency of the second class psychotropic drugs in the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2017 to 2020. Methods Using the consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A) as the indicators, to retrospectively analyze the application of the second class psychotropic drugs. Results The second class psychotropic drugs were classified according to chemical structure, and the sum composition ratio of each category was basically stable. The proportion of barbiturates was the lowest, and the consumption sum of benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepines increased year by year. The DDDs composition ratio of non-benzodiazepines showed a slight increase trend, while that of benzodiazepines and barbiturates showed a slight decrease trend. The top 3 of consumption sum of the second class psychotropic drugs remained stable, namely, zolpidem, lorazepam and zopiclone. The DDDs of zolpidem, zopiclone and lorazepam were always in the top 3. DDC of the second class psychotropic drugs remained basically stable and increased slightly from 2017 to 2020. The B/A of most drugs ranged from 0.8 to 1.2, with the B/A of oxazepam < 0.8, and the B/A of estazolam, alprazolam and nitrazepam > 1.2. Conclusion The application structure of the second class psychotropic drugs is basically reasonable, and the use of non-benzodiazepines is increasing gradually.
