Methods Cultivate single crystals with acetonitrile-water system, and single crystal X-ray diffractometer (SXRD) was used to detect and analyze. Results Levofloxacin colorless acicular crystal was obtained, and SXRD confirmed the monoclinic lattice with space group P21 in levofloxacin. The chemical formula and relative molecular mass were C18H20FN3O4·H2O and 379.38, and crystal density was 1.469 mg/mm3, absolute configuration was S style. Conclusion crystal structure of levofloxacin is characterized, and the crystal form of the cultured crystal is levofloxacin monohydrate."/>
