目的 分析湖南中醫(yī)藥高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校附屬第一醫(yī)院國(guó)家實(shí)施重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控合理用藥前后的藥品使用情況，為醫(yī)院合理使用重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控藥品提供參考。方法 統(tǒng)計(jì)湖南中醫(yī)藥高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校附屬第一醫(yī)院2019年1月-2020年12月住院患者重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控藥品的使用情況。結(jié)果 湖南中醫(yī)藥高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校附屬第一醫(yī)院2019年使用的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控藥品中有12個(gè)品種，占比60%；2020年有11個(gè)品種，占比55%；部分科室存在用藥指征不足的現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控，2020年使用量和銷(xiāo)售金額均大幅下降。結(jié)論 湖南中醫(yī)藥高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校附屬第一醫(yī)院的重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控藥品品種存在科室特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理，部分科室仍存在無(wú)指征用藥情況，將繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控和重點(diǎn)督查。

Objective TO analyze the use of drugs in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College before and after national key supervision of such drugs, so as to provide reference for our hospital to standardize the rational use of drugs under key supervision. Methods The use of key monitored drugs among inpatients in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College from January to December in 2019 and 2020 were analyzed. Results The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College used 12 kinds of key monitoring drugs in 2019, accounting for 60%, and 11 varieties accounted for 55% in 2020. Some departments have insufficient medication indications. According to the key monitoring, the usage and consumption amount in 2020 both decreased significantly. Conclusion The key monitored drug varieties of The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College have the characteristics of departments and the structure is basically reasonable, and some departments still have the situation of drug requisition without indication, so the monitoring and key supervision will continue to be strengthened.
