目的 探討腎炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸貝那普利片治療慢性腎炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月-2020年2月天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院收治的80例慢性腎炎患者，對(duì)所有患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸貝那普利片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服腎炎靈顆粒，20 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床治療效果，比較兩組臨床癥狀（血尿、水腫、蛋白尿）消失時(shí)間以及腎功能指標(biāo)和炎癥指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為90.00%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為72.50%，兩組比較有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組血尿、水腫、蛋白尿的消失時(shí)間比對(duì)照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血肌酐（Scr）均顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組24 h尿蛋白定量、尿紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、血Scr降低更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的干擾素-γ（IFN-γ）、白細(xì)胞誘素-1（Lkn-1）水平明顯降低，白細(xì)胞介素-10（IL-10）水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療組的IFN-γ、Lkn-1水平低于對(duì)照組，IL-10水平高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腎炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸貝那普利片可提高慢性腎炎的臨床療效，減輕患者的臨床癥狀，改善腎功能，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenyanling Granules combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic nephritis in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenyanling Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance time of hematuria, edema, and proteinuria, the renal function index, and the inflammatory index in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, 72.50% in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of hematuria, edema, and proteinuria in the treatment group was shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the 24-hour urine protein quantity, urine red blood cell count, and Scr in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the 24-hour urine protein quantity, urine red blood cell count, and Scr in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and Lkn-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the level of IL-10 in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ and Lkn-1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenyanling Granules combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of chronic nephritis, improve renal function, and reduce inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical value.
