目的 探討天芪降糖膠囊聯(lián)合達(dá)格列凈片治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析2019年8月—2020年9月天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院收治的134例2型糖尿病患者臨床資料，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各67例。對(duì)照組口服達(dá)格列凈片，10 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服天芪降糖膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者治療8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者血糖指標(biāo)空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbAlc）、胰島素（FINS）、血糖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差（SDBG）、平均血糖波動(dòng)幅度（MAGE）、日內(nèi)血糖波動(dòng)次數(shù)（NGE）及日間血糖平均絕對(duì)差（MODD）水平，及血清腫瘤壞死因子相關(guān)蛋白6（CTRP6）、1-磷酸鞘氨醇（SIP）、白細(xì)胞介素-18（IL-18）、C1補(bǔ)體腫瘤壞死因子相關(guān)蛋白12（CTRP12）和血清脂蛋白-α（LP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，在總有效率上治療組顯著高于對(duì)照組（98.51% vs 83.58%，P<0.05）。治療后，兩組FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc、FINS水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組最顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清CTRP6、SIP、IL-18、LP水平均顯著降低，而CTRP12水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且以治療組改善最明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組SDBG、MAGE、NGE和MODD均顯著下降（P<0.05），且以治療組降低最明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 天芪降糖膠囊聯(lián)合達(dá)格列凈片治療2型糖尿病可顯著控制患者血糖，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with dagliejing in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Patients (134 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from August 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups by random number table, and each group had 67 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Dapagliflozin Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the blood glucose indexes of FPG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, FINS, SDBG, MAGE, NGE, and MODD, and the levels of serum CTRP6, SIP, IL-18, LP, and CTRP12 in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.51%vs 83.58%,P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, and FINS in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CTRP6, SIP, IL-18, and LP in the two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of CTRP12 was significantly increased (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, SDBG, MAGE, NGE, and MODD in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tianqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with dapagliflozin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly control blood glucose, which has a certain clinical application value.
