目的 探討曲克蘆丁片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片治療中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年12月—2019年12月在南陽(yáng)市眼科醫(yī)院治療的60例中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變患者，隨機(jī)分組法分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各30例。對(duì)照組口服卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片，3 mg/次，3次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予口服曲克蘆丁片，180 mg/次，3次/d。兩組均經(jīng)3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者最佳矯正視力（BCVA）、黃斑中心凹厚度（CMT）和黃斑中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚（SFCT）和視網(wǎng)膜下積液（SRF）及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)全血黏度（WBV）、血漿黏度（PV）、紅細(xì)胞數(shù)量（RBC）。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，對(duì)照組總有效率為80.00%，顯著低于治療組的96.67%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組BCVA、SRF、CMT、SFCT均顯著改善（P<0.05），治療組改善最明顯（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清WBV、RBC、PV均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組最明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 曲克蘆丁片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片治療中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變可有效促進(jìn)患者視力提高，改善血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和眼底光敏感度，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of troxerutin combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods Patients (60 cases) with central serous chorioretinopathy in Nanyang Eye Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Iodized Lecithin Tablets, 3 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Troxerutin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 180 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and the BCVA, SRF, CMT and SFCT, and the hemorheology indexes WBV, RBC, and PV in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%, which was significantly lower than 96.67% of the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, BCVA, SRF, CMT, and SFCT were significantly improved in two groups (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum WBV, RBC, and PV decreased significantly in two groups (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Troxerutin combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy can effectively improve the visual acuity, the hemorheology indexes and the light sensitivity of fundus, which has a certain clinical application value.
