目的 分析武警特色醫(yī)學(xué)中心除痛病歷使用后門(mén)診麻醉藥品的使用情況。方法 利用除痛病歷詳細(xì)記錄患者及代辦人身份信息，診斷證明，每次開(kāi)具的藥品的數(shù)量、批號(hào)以及處方醫(yī)師和調(diào)劑、核對(duì)藥師的信息特點(diǎn)，對(duì)2019年門(mén)診藥房1~6月7~12月以及2018年7~12月麻醉藥品的用量、銷(xiāo)售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均藥費(fèi)（DDC）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 使用除痛病歷后麻醉藥品的總銷(xiāo)售金額及占比明顯下降；除羥考酮緩釋片DDDs值有增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)之外，其他麻醉藥品DDDs值都有所下降；嗎啡緩釋片（10 mg）在使用除痛病歷后DDD_S排序呈上升趨勢(shì)；麻醉藥品的DDC基本穩(wěn)定不變。各麻醉藥品的B/A值略有變動(dòng)其數(shù)值接近于1.00。結(jié)論 除痛病歷使用后門(mén)診麻醉藥品的使用合理性得到了進(jìn)一步提高。

Objective To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in outpatients of a hospital after using pain-relief medical record. Methods The characteristics of pain-relief medical record are used to record the identity information of patients and agents, the quantity and batch number of drugs and information of doctor, pharmacist. The data of usage amount, sales amount, defined daily doses (DDDs), and daily drug cost (DDC) of narcotic drugs in outpatient pharmacy during January to June, July to December 2019 and July to December, 2018 were collected for statistical analysis. Results The total sales amount of narcotic drugs and its proportion decreased significantly after using pain-relief medical record. The DDDs value of other narcotic drugs were decreased except oxycodone sustained release tablets showing an increasing trend. The DDDs level of morphine sustained release tablets (10 mg) was on the rise. The DDC of narcotic drugs was basically stable. The B/A value of narcotic drugs has a slightly difference and close to 1.00. Conclusion The application of pain-relief medical record has further improved the rationality of narcotic drugs usage in outpatients.
