目的 觀察銀花泌炎靈片聯(lián)合鹽酸莫西沙星片治療慢性前列腺炎濕熱瘀阻證的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月-2020年1月天津市北辰醫(yī)院收治74例慢性前列腺炎濕熱瘀阻證患者，將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各37例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸莫西沙星片，0.4 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服銀花泌炎靈片，4片/次，4次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的采用美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院慢性前列腺炎癥狀評(píng)分（NIH-CPSI）評(píng)分、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（WBC）、白細(xì)胞介素10（IL-10）、白細(xì)胞介素1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（91.89%）高于對(duì)照組（62.16%）（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組NIH-CPSI評(píng)分、前列腺液WBC均較治療前降低（P<0.05）；且治療組NIH-CPSI評(píng)分、前列腺液WBC均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均較治療前降低（P<0.05）；且治療組IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀花泌炎靈片聯(lián)合鹽酸莫西沙星片治療慢性前列腺炎濕熱瘀阻證有較好療效，可改善臨床癥狀和指標(biāo)，降低炎癥因子水平，且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (74 cases) with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis in Tianjin Beichen Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 37 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.4 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinhua Miyanling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and NIH-CPSI score, WBC, the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (91.89%) was higher than 62.16% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIH-CPSI scores and the WBC of prostatic fluid in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the NIH-CPSI score and the WBC of prostatic fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis, can improve the clinical symptoms and indicators of patients, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, with good safety.
