目的 觀察補腎止顫方顆粒治療肝腎不足型帕金森病的臨床療效。方法 符合標準的80例患者隨機分為對照組和治療組。治療組口服補腎止顫方顆粒劑，對照組口服補腎止顫方安慰劑，兩組均治療12周。分別在治療6、12周觀察國際運動障礙學會統(tǒng)一帕金森病評定量表（MDS-UPDRS）評分、帕金森病生活質(zhì)量量表（PDQ-39）評分變化。結果 和治療前相比，治療組MDS-UPDRS評分、PDQ-39評分在治療6、12周均顯著下降（P<0.05）；且治療12周時，治療組MDS-UPDRS評分、PDQ-39評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 補腎止顫方可改善肝腎不足型帕金森病患者癥狀及生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules in treatment of Parkinson's Disease of liver and kidney deficiency. Method Eighty patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into control and treatment group. The treatment group was given Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules, and the control group was given Bushen Zhiquan Decoction placebo. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The International Society of Movement Disorders Uniform Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Scale (PDQ-39) scores were observed at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, MDS-UPDRS score and PDQ-39 score in treatment group were significantly decreased at 6 and 12 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, MDS-UPDRS score and PDQ-39 score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules can improve the symptoms and life quality of patients with Parkinson's disease of liver and kidney deficiency.
