目的 探討骨松寶顆粒聯(lián)合骨化三醇膠丸治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年7月-2019年12月新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的82例老年骨質(zhì)疏松性股骨粗隆間骨折患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將82例患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組口服骨化三醇膠丸，0.25μg/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服骨松寶顆粒，5 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、髖關(guān)節(jié)功能（Harris）評(píng)分、骨密度和血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b（TRACP-5b）、胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）、骨鈣素（OC）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率比對(duì)照組高（95.12%vs 80.49%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的VAS評(píng)分顯著降低，Harris評(píng)分顯著升高（P<0.05）；且治療組的VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，Harris評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的腰椎骨密度明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組升高的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的TRACP-5b水平顯著降低，IGF-Ⅰ、OC水平顯著升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組的TRACP-5b水平比對(duì)照組低，IGF-Ⅰ、OC水平比對(duì)照組高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 骨松寶顆粒聯(lián)合骨化三醇膠丸治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性股骨粗隆間骨折具有較好的臨床療效，可減輕疼痛程度，改善骨密度，調(diào)節(jié)血清骨代謝指標(biāo)。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gusongbao Granules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules in treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Elderly patients (82 cases) with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from July 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 0.25 μg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gusongbao Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS score, Harris score, bone density, the levels of TRACP-5b, IGF-Ⅰ, and OC in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (95.12% vs 80.49%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups was significantly decreased, but the Harris score was significantly increased (P<0.05); and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, but the Harris score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone density of lumbar spine in the two groups increased significantly (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TRACP-5b in two groups were significantly decreased, but levels of IGF-Ⅰand OC in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05); and the levels of TRACP-5b in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the level of IGF-Ⅰand OC was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gusongbao Granules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture, can relieve pain, improve bone density, and regulate serum bone metabolism indexes.
