目的 觀察盤龍七片聯(lián)合骨瓜提取物注射液治療股骨頸骨折恢復(fù)期患者的臨床效果。方法 選擇2016年1月-2019年10月在常州市武進(jìn)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院治療的股骨頸骨折患者65例，隨機(jī)分成對照組（33例）和治療組（32例）。對照組靜脈滴注骨瓜提取物注射液，50 mg加入生理鹽水250 mL，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服盤龍七片，3片/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者視覺模擬評分（VAS）和Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)問卷表（ODI）評分，及骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白-2（BMP-2）、堿性磷酸酶（ALP）、骨鈣素（BGP）、神經(jīng)生長因子（NGF）、血小板衍生生長因子（PDGF）和胰島素樣生長因子（IGF-1）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為75.76%、93.75%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VAS、ODI評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者BMP-2、ALP、BGP、NGF、PDGF和IGF-1水平均顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組明顯比對照組高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 盤龍七片聯(lián)合骨瓜提取物注射液治療股骨頸骨折恢復(fù)期患者，可促進(jìn)患者骨折愈合，改善骨代謝水平，調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞因子，降低患者疼痛和術(shù)后并發(fā)癥，改善功能障礙。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Panlongqi Tables combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for injection in treatment of the recovery period of femoral neck fracture. Methods Patients (65 cases) with recovery period of femoral neck fracture in Wujin Hospital of TCM from January 2016 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control (33 cases) and treatment (32 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for injection, 50 mg added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Panlongqi Tables on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the VAS and ODI scores, and the levels of BMP-2, ALP, BGP, NGF, PDGF and IGF-1 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 75.76% and 93.75% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and ODI scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of BMP-2, ALP, BGP, NGF, PDGF and IGF-1 in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these indicators levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Panlongqi Tables combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for injection in treatment of the recovery period of femoral neck fracture can promote fracture healing, improve bone metabolism, regulate cytokines, reduce pain and postoperative complications, and improve functional dysfunction.
