目的 回顧性調(diào)查分析2018-2019年長沙市第三醫(yī)院介入治療手術(shù)圍手術(shù)期抗菌藥物預防使用的合理性，了解其使用情況及存在問題，以進一步規(guī)范介入手術(shù)圍手術(shù)期抗菌藥物合理使用。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，對長沙市第三醫(yī)院2018-2019年介入手術(shù)病例進行抗菌藥物使用情況分析。結(jié)果 1 967例患者中，37例預防使用抗菌藥物，預防使用率為1.88%，總體合理率為99.44%。診斷性介入手術(shù)預防使用率為零，符合要求，治療性介入手術(shù)中存在11例不合理，2例為無適應(yīng)癥用藥，4例為藥物選擇不適宜，6例預防使用療程偏長（1例同時存在兩種不合理）。結(jié)論 2018-2019年長沙市第三醫(yī)院介入手術(shù)患者預防抗菌藥物使用情況比較合理，進一步加強醫(yī)院專項整治和臨床藥師干預，提高抗菌藥物預防使用合理性。

Objective To investigate the rationality of the prophylactic antibiotics in intervention therapy in the Third Hospital of Changsha City from 2018 to 2019 retrospectively, and analyze the existing problems, to further standardize the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The retrospective analysis was used to investigate the perioperative antibiotics use in the patients with intervention surgery in the Third Hospital of Changsha City from 2018 to 2019. Results Of the 1 967 patients, 37 cases used prophylactic antibiotics with the use rate of 1.88%, and the overall reasonable rate was 99.44%. The use rate of diagnostic interventional surgery was zero, which meets the requirements. There were 11 cases of treatment intervention unreasonable, 2 cases of non-indications, and 4 cases of unsuitable drug selection, and 6 cases of prolonged treatment(1 case of both). Conclusion The use of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing intervention surgery is reasonable in the Third Hospital of Changsha City from 2018 to 2019, and further strengthen the special rectification of hospitals and clinical pharmacist intervention to improve the rationality of antibiotics use.
