目的 探討蛭芎膠囊聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療缺血性腦卒中的臨床療效。方法 ：選取2015年05月-2018年05月在河南科技大學(xué)附屬許昌市中心醫(yī)院治療的缺血性腦卒中患者110例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（55例）和治療組（55例）。對照組口服硫酸氫氯吡格雷片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服蛭芎膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度（NIHSS）和日常生活能力（ADL）評分，以及內(nèi)皮素1（ET-1）和一氧化氮（NO）水平。結(jié)果 ：治療后，對照組臨床有效率為83.64%，顯著低于治療組的94.55%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者NIHSS評分和血清ET-1水平顯著降低（P<0.05），而ADL評分和血清NO水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組改善程度比對照組更為顯著（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 ：蛭芎膠囊聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療缺血性腦卒中，能夠改善血管內(nèi)皮功能及血液高凝狀態(tài)，提高神經(jīng)功能及生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhixiong Capsules combined with clopidogrel in treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods Patients (110 cases) with ischemic stroke in Xuchang Central Hospital Affiliated to Henan University of science and technology from May 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control (55 cases) and treatment (55 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po irrigation administered with Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhixiong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the NIHSS scores, ADL scores, and the level of ET-1 and NO in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 83.64%, which was significantly lower than 94.55% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores and serum ET-1 level in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the ADL scores and serum NO level were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhixiong Capsules combined with clopidogrel in treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the endothelial function and hypercoagulable state of blood, improve the nerve function and quality of life.
