目的 探討復(fù)方牙痛酊聯(lián)合濃替硝唑含漱液治療牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月-2019年12月河南大學(xué)賽思口腔醫(yī)院收治的80例牙周炎患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組（38例）和治療組（42例），各包括45顆患牙。對(duì)照組給予濃替硝唑含漱液，2 mL溶于50 mL溫水充分稀釋后，含漱1 min，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上于患處涂抹復(fù)方牙痛酊，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的牙周指標(biāo)[牙齦指數(shù)（GI）、出血指數(shù)（BI）、菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）]、齦溝液中C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、前列腺素E2（PEG2）水平和口腔健康影響程度量表（OHIP-14）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為88.10%，比對(duì)照組的71.05%高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的GI、BI、PLI評(píng)分明顯低于治療前（P<0.05）；治治療后療組患者的GI、BI、PLI評(píng)分比對(duì)照組低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組齦溝液中的CRP、MMP-9、MCP-1、PEG2水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組降低的更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的OHIP-14評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療后治療組的OHIP-14評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方牙痛酊聯(lián)合濃替硝唑含漱液治療牙周炎有較好臨床療效，可減輕牙周癥狀，降低齦溝液炎癥反應(yīng)，改善患者的生活質(zhì)量，具有一定的臨床研究?jī)r(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Yatong Tincture combine with Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles in treatment of periodontitis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with periodontitis in SATH Hospital of Stomatology Henan University from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (38 cases) and the treatment group (42 cases), and each group had 45 teeth. Patients in the control group were given Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles, 2 mL added into warm water 50 mL, rinsed for 1 min, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group smear Compound Yatong Tincture in the affected area on the basis of the control group, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and periodontal indexes (GI, BI, and PLI), the levels of CRP, MMP-9, MCP-1, and PEG2, and the OHIP-14 score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (88.10%) was higher than that in the control group (71.05%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of GI, BI, and PLI in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). And the scores of GI, BI, and PLI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, MMP-9, MCP-1, and PEG₂ in the gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the periodontal indexes in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the OHIP-14 score in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the OHIP-14 scores in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Yatong Tincture combine with Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles has clinical curative effect in treatment of periodontitis, can alleviate periodontal symptoms, reduce inflammation of gingival crevicular fluid, and improve the quality of life of patients, which has a certain clinical research value.
